Immersing Ourselves in Complexity
With a staggering array of over 100 intricate parts, the product proved to be exceptionally complex. To gain a thorough understanding of both the product itself and the user journey, we dedicated ourselves to immersion. Our team spent an entire week at Bently Nevada, undergoing comprehensive training and delving deep into the intricacies of the product. We also had the opportunity to witness the product in action at a test site, specifically the Tracy Plant, where we observed its performance across diverse environments where it would be deployed.
